Ron Phinney, Broker of Record
Ron joined Loretta in real estate 22 years ago after over 25 years as a sales leader in the insurance industry. Ron’s strong work ethic, continual sales management success and recognized leadership brought him several promotions throughout Atlantic Canada and Ontario. It may have been the frequent relocations and personal success that Ron and Loretta had in selling their properties that first spurred an enthusiasm for real estate. This experience, coupled with astute investments that grew into a successful portfolio of personal real estate, enhance their clients’ trust and respect in providing real estate advice. Ron is a people person, and as such, takes pleasure in meeting new buyers and sellers. He takes the time to listen to his clients to identify and help them reach their investment goals. He is as passionate about helping first-time buyers or relocating families find their first home in the area as he is about helping repeat clients identify new investment properties. Ron’s enthusiasm for real estate is equalled by his enthusiasm for sports and family. He thoroughly enjoys recapping the highlights of the latest game or series, and many of his clients have commented on the warmth he exudes when he speaks about his family. Ron and Loretta have four adult children and six grandchildren.
Kimberly Phinney, Sales Representative
Kimberly Phinney has been a top producer throughout her career on the Loretta Phinney Team. She has enjoyed living and owning real estate in various areas including many years in Mississauga, Oakville and Burlington — Communities she also assists clients to buy and sell in!
Kimberly loves real estate and a variety of styles. She has a keen eye for decorating and knows that sometimes small changes can have a large impact and often can suggest changes to improve a property that may be overlooked. She is client- focused, perhaps from past attributes that came through her former career in Human Resources. Her clients value her knowledge and supportive nature in buying and selling – attributes that have brought many referrals and repeat clients.
Not only does Kimberly enjoy working alongside her family in the business, but she also shares a love for the business with her husband, Case, who is also a top-producing real estate sales representative with Royal LePage. Having the support of family in the business is important as the business comes with many long hours and a need for flexibility in servicing clients.
Kimberly sat on the Board of Directors for Mississauga Heritage for four years and has contributed to many fundraising initiatives to help the communities that she resides and/or works in.
Kimberly lives with her husband Case and together they have a family of six adult children. Finding the right home for a family is important. Kimberly knows there are numerous life stages and takes these considerations into account in helping and guiding her clients in their decisions. Having experienced different life stages herself and now with her husband, has allowed Kimberly to service her clients needs compassionately and effectively through various life transitions. Kimberly enjoys helping first time buyers, assisting clients through their downsizing needs and helping them upsize into their dream homes. She can often make suggestions from personal experience that may assist in decision-making and timing for various transactions.
Michael Phinney, B.Sc., Sales Representative
Michael was born and raised in Mississauga, and graduated from Lorne Park Secondary School. Michael went to college in the United States where he pursued his passion for baseball. He played baseball with a Top 25 Oklahoma State program, and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in education. Michael was hired to be the Director of Baseball Operation at OSU, where he had a direct hand in many successful seasons at Oklahoma State. As a result of this experience, Michael understands the value of being a part of a top team, which made the move back home to become part of the Phinney Team an easy one. Michael currently resides in Oakville with his wife Anna and Daughter Harper. Michael’s determination and dedication to his clients has lead him to a number of sales in all price ranges, especially the luxury market. Michael has had the sales volume in multiple years individually to be considered in the 1% in all of Canada for Royal LePage. Michael takes a laid back approach and is excited to discuss real estate with you.
Anna Phinney, Sales Representative
Anna is a kind, caring person that connects to everyone she meets. Anna joins the Loretta Phinney Team after successfully building her career as an executive in one of Canada’s leading property and casualty insurers. In the over 11 years at her prior firm, Anna’s responsibilities spanned from litigation management, sales and marketing, business development, and training of the firm’s diverse workforce. Anna attributes her corporate success to her passion to help others and her effort to be honest and sincere in every interaction. The daughter of a successful home builder in Hamilton, Anna’s passion for real estate made her a perfect fit for the Phinney’s when she married into the family in 2013. Anna resides in Old Oakville with her husband Michael.
Case Feenstra, Sales Representative
Helping others is the catalyst for Case Feenstra’s career in Real Estate and remains the focus that makes him a leader serving others in the community. Real Estate is a career he feels blessed to be in.
Case Feenstra is a family man who raised his four adult children alone after being a widow for ten years. Through difficult times he learned what dedication means to family, friends, career and the community.
While working with Royal LePage, Case met his current wife Kimberly Phinney who is a Team Leader working in connection with her family’s team at Royal LePage Real Estate Services Loretta Phinney Brokerage. Case’s leadership in his own sales teams in the company produced top tier sales results achieving Chairman’s Club – top 1% sales achievement. Scott Amendoeira, Sales Representative
Scott comes from a family of entrepreneurs and builders. His extensive knowledge and understanding of custom homes region wide, has led him to be a great addition to our team. Scott’s attention to detail is inspiring and his constant desire to learn has allowed him to successfully advise only the most prestigious of clients. While he was raised in Mississauga, he currently resides in Oakville. He graduated with an advanced diploma in Banking and Wealth Management from Sheridan College. Sonia Fiorino, Sales Representative
Sonia comes to the Loretta Phinney Team with 20 plus years of experience in sales and customer service. In Sonia’s previous career as a Travel Associate Owner she has connected and built relationships with her clients. A connection and dedication, which has grown through referrals and repeat business. It is Sonia’s passion in people, homes and communities that led her to pursue her realtor dream. Sonia has always had an interest in real estate and continues to be actively involved with many land and property investments. Sonia lives in Lorne Park with her husband John and her daughter Ariana. They have lived in Lorne Park for 14 years. She was born and raised in Lakeview and has been married to her husband for 19 years whom was also born and raised in nearby Mineola. Jessica Hart – Sales Representative
Jessica was born in Ottawa and moved to Mississauga at a young age. During her corporate career she lived in many neighbourhoods in Toronto such as The Beaches, The Annex and Little Italy before moving back to Mississauga. She is active in her community as Appointed Treasurer, Parent Council Member, Girls Soccer Coach and a Hockey mom. Jessica started her career in Commercial Real Estate as a Tenant Broker for National Retailers. She was responsible for their real estate needs across Canada and the USA. Then as Director of Real Estate for a beauty retailer and part of the management team she was able to grow the business by adding over 60 new stores. To further her career, she received her Certified Leasing Specialist designation from the International Council of Shopping Centres. She worked with International Shopping Centre Landlords by filling their malls with tenants and providing favorable returns. With a passion for real estate and helping people it was a natural transition to add residential real estate to her practice. Matt Kniginyzky, B.Sc., Sales Representative
Former professional baseball player with the Kansas City Royals organization and as a member of the 2009 Bronze Medal Canadian World Cup Baseball Team, Matt understands what it takes to achieve success. Prior to his career in professional athletics, Matt attended High Point University of North Carolina on a full athletic scholarship, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with an emphasis on marketing. Matt was born in Oakville and raised in south Mississauga (Lorne Park), giving him an in-depth understanding of our community. Lillian Lem, Sales Representative
Lillian Lem was born and raised in Mississauga. She attended Glenforest Secondary School and graduated from Humber College Institute of Technology & Advanced Learning with a Bachelor of Applied Arts Degrees (with Honours) in Paralegal Studies. Lillian became full-time legal secretary with a Mississauga law firm for nine years. The law firm specialized in Real Estate, Immigration and Business Laws. In addition to her position as legal secretary, Lillian also took on additional roles simultaneously as property manager and real estate deal administrator with several other organizations. Lillian later obtained her real estate license, with a particular interest in real estate investment. Her experience working in these fields for the last ten years are essential for her clients to receive the utmost care with her knowledge, experience, patience, compassion and guidance. She has seen it all — from frustrated first-time home buyers to quick-closings to complex deals. Her goal is to make one of the biggest decisions of your life as seamless as possible.
Lisa Nguyen, Sales Representative
Lisa’s passion for real estate is rooted in her upbringing in a family of builders and contractors in the West Coast of Canada where she grew up. This early exposure to one of the most expensive and bustling property markets in the world (Lower Mainland Vancouver) has fostered Lisa’s love for real estate. Lisa has been residing in Mississauga with her family since 2008. Lisa graduated from Sheridan College with an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration Finance. Having owned and managed several businesses and properties in cities across Canada, she was constantly involved with the real estate market. Lisa Oliverio, Sales Representative
Lisa was born and raised in the Hamilton area. She attended Mohawk College of Applied Arts for Office Administration and has her diploma from McMaster University for Human Resources Management. Successfully worked in the Dental Office Administrative field for 17 years until she felt a need for a career change. She was employed by a Real Estate Brokerage in Hamilton as an assistant to a realtor to gain more knowledge within the field. Lisa is the daughter of a successful builder in Hamilton and is the sister to our team member Anna Phinney. Lisa dedicates her time with her two boys that are involved in various sports.
Lisa was involved with volunteer work within her community with well known organizations such as The Big Sisters Organizations, St. Joseph’s Hospital West 5th Campus, and the Hamilton Wentworth School Board. Her love to help people and her generosity to give back to her community is so evident.

Mary Shanks, B.A., Licensed Associate/Broker
Mary graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1991. She has worked at Royal LePage since 2001. She has worked directly with the Phinney team since January 2006 as the office administrator, overseeing marketing, client care and all general administration. Working closely with the Phinney Team, Mary brings energy, enthusiasm and a wealth of experience to the Team’s client relationships, which are rarely found in the real estate industry today. In July 2006, Mary obtained her real estate license and broker license. Mary is a valued professional member of the Team.
Stacy Shipp, Sales Representative
Stacy was born and raised in Toronto. She attended the University of Western Ontario where she graduated with a Bachelor of Administrative & Commercial Studies with a focus in Finance. She then went on to have a successful career in the technology and semiconductor industries for over 13 years. Stacy worked at IBM Canada and AMD Inc. with her most recent position as Director, Business Management where she managed teams remotely in the US and traveled frequently. Stacy made a decision to leave her corporate role to be closer to her family and follow her passion in working in the real estate industry. Stacy is thrilled to be joining the Phinney team and believes that her extensive business background and attention to detail will make her an asset to the team and her clients. Stacy resides in the Lorne Park area with her husband and two children.

My career in Sales began in the fashion retail industry where I spent over 15 years collectively in senior level management positions with the Aldo Group and Holt Renfrew & Co. For another 7 years I worked as a senior level Account Director for IC Group within the world of Digital Marketing where my role was primarily sales and client management for a vast array of clients who included large, global, multi-million dollar corporations and smaller entrepreneurial businesses. In addition to my sales experience, I spent many years as young adult assisting my father on numerous home construction projects and even owned and operated my own reno/painting business while a student. With a father who is a contractor, a sister who is designer and a father-in-law who is an architect, I am surrounded by the renovation industry and can offer clients unique insights into their home purchase experience.

Edyta Wojdalowicz, Sales Representative
Edyta is a kind, compassionate person with a natural gift of connecting with others, understanding their needs and genuinely caring about her clients. Coming from an interior design background she ran the showroom for Leda Furniture in Toronto as the showroom stager and coordinator for several years. Andrew Czuchnicki, Sales Representative
Andrew was born and raised in Brampton where he graduated from Notre Dame C.S.S on the Honour Roll for four consecutive years. Andrew was accepted to Wilfrid Laurier University Brantford Campus on a partial academic scholarship in his first year while enrolling in Criminology. However, as a committed member of Laurier Golden Hawks baseball team, Andrew transferred to Laurier’s Waterloo Campus in his second year of university to be more engaged with the baseball program. As a result, Andrew has brought his hard work ethic, dedication, and determination from the field and into the office of the Phinney Team. Andrew graduated from Laurier with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with Honours degree. Andrew is very welcoming and approachable for any questions his clients may have to help educate them, and make the buying of selling of real estate a positive experience. Jacqueline Feeley, Sales Representative
